RIGBY & CO RETAINED AS PROPERTY CONSULTANTS TO DERBY COLLEGE
We are delighted to announce that Rigby & Co has been retained as property consultants to Derby College.
We began working with the College in 2007 on the project to expand the Joseph Wright Centre on Cathedral Road in the city.
The extension was recently completed and we are now working with the College on a £36m repair and modernisation programme to transform the Roundhouse on Pride Park into a new state-of-the-art engineering school.
Once completed The Roundhouse will house more than 12,000 students, taking a range of engineering, technology and construction courses.
