Russell has spent 21 years as a commercial property agent in Derby and is the owner of Rigby & Co.

Russell has been instrumental in delivering a number of high profile development projects in Derby including the disposal of Pride Park (140 acres over 12 years) and specialises in the area of commercial property agency and development and regeneration consultancy.

Originally from Yorkshire, Russell now lives in Derby and is married with a young daughter. He is very passionate about the people in Derby and Derby as a place to do business, although regular trips are still made back to Leeds United!

Born and bred in Derbyshire, Ben graduated from Nottingham Trent University in July 2007 with a BSc Hons in Planning, Property and Development. He joined the firm in July 2007, is quick at becoming very well known and active in the commercial property agency market in the Derby. In addition Ben is supporting the Rigby & Co Consultancy Team on a number of interesting regeneration projects, including land use studies and feasibility work on a wide range of commercial mixed use projects.

Ben’s principal interest outside of Rigby & Co is as a keen sportsman and long suffering Derby County FC season ticket holder!
